the fact that you can work full time in this country and still not afford to live disgusts me more and more every day
Everyone reblog this because it speaks volumes.
not one fucking state can you work full time for minimum wage and have enough money for even basic necessities. that blows my mind.
The system is not set up to benefit the general population. We are not seen as people, but mechanisms for maximising profit for the ruling classes. There’s only one attribute that matters: how much value can be extracted from us. The structure under which we live is not designed to care about anything else.
